At today’s city council meeting, city councillors voted unanimously to reverse the age limitations!
Earlier this summer an age cap was placed on the Student Buss Pass, preventing students over the age of 27 from purchasing a pass at the student rate.

But – Students are “Students” right?

Algonquin College SA, Carleton University Students Association, Student Federation of the University of Ottawa and other Educational Institutes in Ottawa pulled together to bring the impacts of this age limit to the attention of City Councillors.
And as voted today the age limit has been lifted!
